Yokohama iekei style ramen! Serving popular tonkotsu (pork bone based) flavor
This ramen shop, opened by an owner from Soshigaya, originated in Yokohama. It boasts a soup base that was developed to limit the distinctive pork bone aroma, accompanied by thicker noodles that are delivered daily from a factory in Niigata. Compared to the usual rich ramen, it is especially popular with female customers. The aftertaste is very good and customers finish all the soup.
Four soup selections and plenty of toppings
In addition to the basic dish, “Aged Soy Sauce tonkotsu Ramen (730 yen including tax)”, rich miso, seafood tonkotsu dipping noodles, and a lighter soy sauce flavored Chinese soba varieties are available. We feature various toppings, such as boiled egg, spinach, scallions, spicy green onions, and roast pork. Please tell us your preferred noodle firmness when ordering.

In this snack bar, you can enjoy sake and various other alcoholic beverages, including shochu shipped directly from Kagoshima. The owner is from Kagoshima, and as her stories get more animated, sometimes her native dialect will appear. Use of reduced hydrogen water in this shop makes drinks tastier.
Daytime karaoke is recommended
Daytime karaoke is available from 13:00 to 17:00. The cost is ¥1,300 for unlimited songs (comes with soft drink and snacks), so come and visit us to reduce stress and promote your health. Nursery rhymes, pop, enka, folk, chansons and other nostalgic song selections will let you relax and enjoy your time.

Lunchtime set meals for 980 yen include the “tonkatsu set” “croquet set” and the “fried hamburger set”. The “mixed set meal” for 1,080 yen, includes two items. From October to the end of March, we recommend our oyster set meal with jumbo oysters for 2,000 yen.

We moved to Soshigaya from Kojimachi in the Chiyoda-ward. A private room, seating four to five guests is available, but the main dining room has counter seating for seven. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Shaoxing sake and wine with original dishes while enjoying the fire, sounds and the aromas of cooking right before your eyes.
Course menus only are available for lunch and dinner
Our menu was developed in the image of the chef’s view of the world. There are no à la carte items, only one course each for lunch and dinner. Lunch comes with an appetizer, dim sum, day’s special, noodles or rice, dessert and one drink for 2,500 yen (including tax). Located Across the street from Supermarket Ozeki. Not your typical conveyor belt sushi restaurant, featuring a class of sushi created by craftsmen, not by machines, who understand the importance of good conversation with customers. Many people come to the store alone to enjoy nigiri sushi while made from seasonal fish.
