At this location, just a one-minute walk from Soshigaya-Okura Station, offers a wide range of Chinese dishes, including noodles, tanmen (stir-fried meat with vegetables) and ramen in set meals or a la carte. This is a Chinese restaurant featuring an izakaya style, with draft beer available at 290 yen. You can have your beer with appetizers for under 1000 yen.

Our popular classic: “Chuka (Chinese) Soba”
Our most popular item is old-fashioned Chuka soba for 390 yen. This is a dish that you can enjoy every day and never get tired of it. Suitable for young, old and in between, this item is highly recommended. Another noodle dish that we are proud of is our Tanmen with extra vegetables for 520 yen. We also recommend our seasonal (winter) Chige miso ramen (630 yen) made with kimchi and Chinese chives.

Take-out gyoza and set meals available
Take out ala carte dishes with rice are available. We also sell frozen uncooked gyoza (600 yen for 30 pieces). The delicious potstickers are easy to prepare and serve and packed with flavor. Please enjoy the flavors of Hidakaya even at home.

An oden izakaya where you can have a fun, casual time
At this izakaya, you can enjoy a sake with appetizers like oden and sashimi at a reasonable price. Hip hop is usually playing in the background, and the interior is set up in a casual ambience. Seated at the wide counter, you may eat while conversing with the owner.

We’re good, inexpensive and have many regular customers. We feature a wide range of meats, from reasonably priced to top-ranked wagyu. On weekdays, there are always lines outside the shop, of the after-work crowd. On holidays, we’re popular with college students and families.
Excellent kimchi and rice
Regular and cucumber kimchi made in our own factory are popular items that are only available here. Take out orders also possible. We use special Koshihikari rice from Niigata Prefecture.
Chinese cabbage kimchi 369 yen (excluding tax) is a popular dish even for people who don’t usually care for kimchi

Indian restaurant run by a chef from Kolkata
The owner is from Kolkata, India. After working as a cook in India for 14 years, he came to Japan, where he has worked over 15 years in Harajuku and Roppongi, perfecting the flavor of his Indian cuisine. The main branch opened in Kinuta, followed by the Soshigaya location in Soshigaya. Enjoy authentic, slow cooked Indian curry as well as other Indian dishes such as tandoori chicken.

The curry set consists of a choice of 10 popular curries. You can also order from large selection of à la carte items. Several set menus can be enjoyed at reasonable prices too, such as student sets, ladies’ sets, couples sets, and more. The popular kids’ set (680 yen) comes with mild curry, nan, rice, dessert and a drink.
