The concept involves complete service from cut and perm to setting. In addition to suggesting hairstyles that match the customers’ hair, we use advanced treatments and chemicals that are gentle on the scalp and do not damage the hair, including nano perms and carbonated water “head spa” treatments. Organic dyes are also available.

In French, “De Cour”, means “hospitality”. This is a concept that our staff embraces to make our customers feel welcome and at ease. We cater to the needs of a wide range of customers, from small children to adult men and the elderly. Many long time regulars come to see them.

We have a great reputation for our customer service and professional skills. We match the most appropriate treatment for each customer’s hair type and desired style. “apaiser” means “to soothe” in French. We strive to create a comfortable space in our salon where customers can relax.

A private room, seating four to five guests is available, but the main dining room has counter seating for seven. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Shaoxing sake and wine with original dishes while enjoying the fire, sounds and the aromas of cooking right before your eyes.
Course menus only are available for lunch and dinner
Our menu was developed in the image of the chef’s view of the world. There are no à la carte items, only one course each for lunch and dinner. Lunch comes with an appetizer, dim sum, day’s special, noodles or rice, dessert and one drink for 2,500 yen (including tax).
