There are at least 25 selections in stock. They represent strong sake flavors to fruitier, wine-like varieties, but our shop keeps a balanced selection with no preference given to anyone. High priced brands like the 14s are not included. Regardless of type or brands, our pricing is the same across our selection; Glasses (110cc) 500 yen; tumblers 800 yen. Any way a customer wishes to imbibe he or she can.

I was a wholesaler of meat until I was 30. I attended culinary school for a year. There, I had 10 days of restaurant training and decided on a Western restaurant. My choice was Sasaoka, Ebisu — a specialty restaurant. My interest in Japanese food began there. In 2018, thirteen years later, I had my own place.

Here you can enjoy Italian and other European cuisines, wines and beers from around the world. In the stylish, cozy atmosphere inside, you can enjoy a relaxing meal nuanced with calming music. With no central kitchen, we are studiously hand cut our vegetables and meats, preparing our original soup stock and steaming tofu. We feature many seafood dishes and use as many seasonal ingredients, such as grilled fish and fried oysters, as wherever possible. Our commitment is not only to our choice of ingredients but also to temperature control. Our food finds our customers under the motto “keep warm dishes warm and cold dishes cold.”
